Derelict for more than 30 years, Cobden Chambers was refurbished in 2012 to create affordable and accessible retail/ leisure space for artisan and start up businesses.
The Terraces houses 10 individual units, each of which can be used for retail space, as workshops, as studios, or a combination of all three.
